NEXUS
Quality rules

Editorial Standards

NEXUS articles must be original, attributable, date-stamped, and useful beyond the source links that informed them.

Original work standard

We publish original synthesis and analysis. A NEXUS story should add context, structure, implications, timelines, or source comparison. Thin rewrites of another publisher are not acceptable.

  • Minimum source-signal counts apply by article format.
  • Single-source rewrites are rejected by the quality gate.
  • Major factual claims should be attributed in prose or visible in the research trail.

Publication gate

Before publication, articles are checked for source trail, format fit, content depth, image context, SEO metadata, sensitivity risk, and rights declarations.

Sensitive stories

Legal, health, safety, violence, conflict, and high-defamation-risk stories require stricter review. Investigative formats default to legal sensitivity.
